ASM model series
ASM annealing and hardening furnaces are mainly used for annealing and hardening steel in a normal atmosphere at temperatures of up to 1200 °C.
The interior of our ASM furnaces is lined with reduction-resistant lightweight refractory bricks and, in addition to multi-layer rear insulation, has a rear-ventilated furnace housing, which leads to a significant reduction in the external temperature and at the same time protects against corrosion.
This protection is reinforced by stainless steel plates on the side walls and the door, and ASM ovens also have a perforated sheet metal cover to prevent heat and moisture build-up. ASM ovens are heated on both sides and at the bottom with Kanthal heating coils on support tubes.
Product features at a glance
- Sturdy stainless steel construction, multi-layer insulation saves energy
