New: Our testing center for heat treatment

Heat treatment is often one of the most important steps in the entire manufacturing process. It must be selected carefully and appropriately in order to guarantee a certain product quality and reliability. In addition to knowledge of the hardenability and other achievable properties of the selected material, the right furnace or heat treatment technology is crucial.
In order to find the right furnace or heat treatment technology, we at Arnold Schröder Industrieöfen GmbH now offer our customers a new testing center for heat treatments in Flörsheim am Main, in addition to a great deal of expertise in consulting. Here, the various process technologies for hardening, annealing, tempering etc. can be tried out.

 
You can test these heat treatment options at Arnold Schröder Industrieöfen GmbH:

  • Annealing and hardening of steel – with and without inert gas atmosphere

  • Tempering, annealing, solution annealing, ageing etc. – with and without protective gas atmosphere

  • Bright annealing and hardening with hardening foil and/or neutral annealing carbon

  • Case hardening and carburizing with case hardening granulate

  • Powder nitriding

  • Heat treatment of non-ferrous metals and titanium with and without inert gas and cold vacuum

Schutzgas-Kaltvakuum-Umluftofen
  • PKRC 55/95, Tmax. 950 °C, internal-Ø: 272 mm, depth 516 mm
